Important Notice
Before using the products or services provided by Quectel, please carefully read and fully understand Quectel Service Agreement and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as "Quectel Terms of Service", especially the content marked in bold. Privacy Policy constitutes an integral part of this Agreement. By agreeing to this Agreement and registering an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted its terms. When using Quectel products or services, you must comply with the respective rules and guidelines, which are considered part of this Agreement.
If you disagree with this Agreement or any of its terms or conditions, please do not proceed to the next step or complete the registration process. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any upgrades or updated versions of the product or service will be governed by this Agreement. Quectel reserves the right to adjust this Agreement and relevant service rules from time to time, based on factors such as timeliness, complexity, efficiency, regulatory requirements, and policy changes. Such adjustments will be communicated through website announcements, emails, SMSs, system messages, or system notices. If you continue to use the product or service after the adjustment, it signifies your full understanding and acceptance of the revised content, and you agree to abide by the updated terms.
If you are a minor user, please read this Agreement carefully in the presence of your legal guardian. Before using the product or service or providing any information to us, make sure you have obtained the consent of your legal guardian.
If you use or purchase a specific service on the Quectel websites, you may be required to confirm the corresponding service agreement. Before making your decision to accept or decline the service agreement, please carefully read and fully understand the content of each agreement.
1. Service Provider and Applicable Law
Quectel Service Agreement is a valid agreement between you and Quectel Wireless Solutions Co., Ltd ("Quectel" or "we"). It applies to Quectel websites with the domain name https://security.quectel.com/ and other websites, as well as Quectel App clients.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that our affiliates may provide services within the scope we deem appropriate, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, or in accordance with the internal structure of operations in the relevant region. In particular, when the service is provided in China, you acknowledge and agree that the service will be provided by Quectel Wireless Solutions Co., Ltd according to applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan not included).
2. Account Registration, Use and Security
2.1. Qualification
2.1.1 By completing the registration procedure or using the website services in other ways permitted by Quectel, you confirm that you are a natural person, a legal person, or another organization with full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct, as specified by the corresponding applicable law. You declare that you have full legal right, capacity, and authority to agree to and perform this Agreement. If you agree to this Agreement on behalf of your employer or client, you affirm that you have sufficient legal authorization to bind your employer or client to this Agreement. If you do not have sufficient legal authorization, please ensure that the person authorized by your employer or client agrees to this Agreement.
2.1.2 If you are a person without capacity for civil conduct or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct, you do not possess the above qualifications. In such cases, both you and your legal guardian will be liable for any damages or losses resulting from any unauthorized or misleading registration, in accordance with applicable laws.
2.1.3 You must ensure that you are not subject to any trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions imposed by any country, international organization or region. Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in your inability to register or use the services provided by Quectel.
2.2. Account Registration
2.2.1. After you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete all the registration procedures, you will obtain a Quectel account and become a Quectel user.
2.2.2. The account name you set or confirm at the time of registration, along with the password you set, will form your account (your account name and password will collectively be referred to as "account") after a successful registration.
2.2.3. The account name you set must comply with national laws and regulations, as well as Quectel management rules, and should not cause confusion between you and Quectel. Failure to comply may result in unsuccessful registration of your account, or Quectel may have the right to cancel it after notifying you.
2.2.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date account information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, or prompts on the relevant page, to ensure that your account information is authentic, timely, complete, and accurate. If any information is found to be incorrect, false, outdated or incomplete, Quectel may request you to provide or update the relevant details as per Quectel's requirements. If any information is found to be false, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, you will be liable for any damages or losses arising from the following scenarios: inability to use the Quectel account, account freezing or cancellation, or recertification failure, or any other issues that may result from the use of your account.
2.2.5. Quectel may request additional identity data and information from you for further identity authentication or qualification verification, particularly for assessing the availability of certain products or services. Your account will only be qualified to use the relevant products or services after passing the authentication and verification.
2.2.6. Your Quectel account is the sole identification for all your activities on Quectel websites. Unless otherwise agreed, each Quectel account can independently carry out activities on this website. However, in the following cases, Quectel reserves the right to conduct unified processing of multiple Quectel accounts owned by the same and/or related legal entities, as determined by Quectel. For example, Quectel may determine that multiple accounts belong to the same user based on the related information gathered during registration, login and use. Such related information may include: the same ID certificate, phone number, payment account, device, or address.
2.2.7. You are solely responsible for the authenticity, legality and validity of your registration information. Impersonating another person or posting any information under someone else's name is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, malicious use of a registered account that may cause confusion or misrecognition among other users is not allowed. Failure to comply with these requirements entitles Quectel to immediately suspend the provision of services, and you will bear all legal liabilities arising from such actions.
2.3. Account Use and Security
2.3.1 You are entitled to log in to Quectel websites with your registered account, and access other services provided by Quectel.
2.3.2 Quectel may communicate service updates and prompt you to take further actions via emails, system notices, SMSs, or phone calls. Throughout the service process, it is important to log in to your Quectel account promptly to view and carry out transactions.
2.3.3 Each Quectel account is intended for use by a single legal person. You are strictly prohibited from transferring, donating, or allowing any other person to inherit your Quectel account, except as explicitly required by law, judicial ruling, or with the express consent of Quectel.
2.3.4 You are responsible for setting and safeguarding your account and password. Please ensure the confidentiality of your Quectel account and password. It is important to log out properly at the end of each online session. Quectel will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your voluntary disclosure of the account or any unauthorized access or fraudulent activities by others. In case of infringement, you should seek redress from the responsible party through judicial, administrative, or other appropriate remedies.
2.3.5 You are solely accountable for the outcomes of all actions performed under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, releasing information, purchasing products and services, engaging in development activities, and disclosing information).
2.3.6 In the event of unauthorized use of your Quectel account and password, you must immediately notify Quectel. Quectel will help you freeze your account, change your password or implement other security measures. You understand that Quectel may require a reasonable amount of time to act on your request, and Quectel shall not be held liable for any consequences (including but not limited to any loss to you) that may have occurred and had been caused by you prior to taking such action.
2.3.7 Quectel will implement reasonable technical measures on the website server to ensure your account security.
3. Account Freeze, Cancellation and Recovery
3.1 Account Freeze
Your account (all or part of its permissions or functions) may be frozen under the following circumstances:
3.1.1 If you engage in or attempt to engage in activities that harm or disrupt the fair trading environment or normal trading order of Quectel or its affiliates, or if you misuse the name or brand of Quectel or its affiliates in a way that misleads others, including using any form of their name Chinese or English (full name, abbreviation, numbers, domain names, or any other means) to falsely represent an association with Quectel or its affiliates.
3.1.2 If you violate this Agreement, relevant rules, norms, service descriptions, or any other service agreements or terms of use on Quectel websites.
3.1.3 If you violate any national laws, regulations, policies, or legal documents.
3.1.4 If you have received complaints from others, and the other party has provided relevant evidence, and you fail to comply with our requirements to provide evidence to the contrary.
3.1.5 If Quectel detects abnormal account activities, income or transactions based on reasonable analysis.
3.1.6 If your account is frozen at the request of a competent authority.
3.1.7 If Quectel reasonably determines other circumstances posing the same risks or risks similar to those described above.
If your account is frozen, Quectel will notify you via email, system notice, SMS, or phone call.
3.2 Account Cancellation
3.2.1 If any of the circumstances in Article 3.1 above occur and are deemed serious, or at the request of a competent authority, your Quectel account (all or part of its permissions or functions) will be cancelled, and Quectel will notify you by email, system notice, SMS or phone call.
3.3 Appeal
In the event of account freezing or cancellation as mentioned above, you are entitled to appeal and must follow the prescribed procedures. However, if you refuse to provide truthful identity proof and relevant information or fail to pass Quectel's audit, Quectel may extend the account freeze and restrict some or all functions of the account for an extended period.
4. Website Service Usage Specification
4.1 You are authorized to access and utilize the Internet technical services and information services provided by Quectel through this website. Furthermore, you must adhere to the timely payment and service management obligations in accordance with this Agreement and any other relevant agreements and conditions that you accept when purchasing specific services.
4.2.1 You comply with all applicable national and local laws, regulations, industry practices, and social norms. Please do not use Quectel services to store, publish, or disseminate the following:
(i) Any content (information) that violates national laws, regulations, and policies;
(ii) Political propaganda and/or journalistic information that violates national regulations;
(iii) Information relating to national secrets and/or security;
(iv) Superstition and/or obscene, pornographic, indecent information or content that encourages or incites illegal activities or criminal behavior;
(v) Information or content related to lottery or games of chance;
(vi) Information that violates national ethnic and religious policies;
(vii) Information that compromises Internet security and stability;
(vii) Information that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content detrimental to social order, social security, and public morality;
(viii) Furthermore, you agree not to facilitate or enable others to publish the abovementioned content or information that does not comply with national regulations and/or agreements herein, including but not limited to setting URL and BANNER links;
4.2.2 You must not engage in any activities that compromise network security using technology or other means, including attempting to disrupt or damage this website and the websites of other Quectel's customers;
4.2.3 When using the services on Quectel websites you must comply with this Agreement;
If you violate the above guarantee, Quectel will be entitled to delete information, suspend or terminate the service in accordance with the relevant service agreement, and freeze or cancel some or all functions of your account.
4.3 Some aspects of the business conducted on the website may require you to enter into separate agreements with Quectel. Is essential that you strictly adhere to these agreements and fulfill all obligations; failure to do so may result in your inability to continue enjoying Quectel products and services.
5. Product and Service Licensing and Usage Specifications
5.1 By using the product or service, you acknowledge and agree that it is provided as-is, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties for commercial use, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the rights of others. Quectel disclaims any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from the product or service. Quectel reserves the right to determine the products or services and the specific contents and forms of their functions and services and may add, change, interrupt, or discontinue them at its sole discretion.
5.2 To improve the product or service, Quectel may release updated versions of the product or service in a timely manner. As new versions become available, the previous versions may no longer be accessible. Quectel does not guarantee continued usability of the previous versions, so it is advised to download and use the latest version promptly.
5.3 The content provided by the product or service refers to any content provided by Quectel through the product or service, regardless of its origin, whether created by Quectel or licensed from third parties (hereinafter referred to as the "relevant content").
5.4 You are prohibited from using the product or service, or allowing others to use it, for any commercial purpose to gain direct or indirect benefits. If you intend to use the product or service for commercial purposes, you must sign a separate written agreement with Quectel or obtain Quectel's prior written permission.
5.4.1 You are permitted to download Quectel product or service from authorized third parties or channels. However, if you obtain the product or service from an unauthorized third party or channel, we cannot guarantee the normal use of the product or service, and will not be liable for any damages or losses you may suffer as a result.
5.4.2 All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Quectel. This Agreement does not imply or provide any additional rights to you. If you wish to exercise any other rights, you must obtain Quectel's written permission through a separate agreement.
5.4.3 While Quectel strives to enhance service or product quality, the product or service may have limitations due to various objective or technical reasons. Therefore, the functions and services provided by the product or service are intended for your reference only, and should not be considered the sole basis for your business judgment.
5.5 When using the product or service, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, norms, policies, administrative and public orders, as well as good customs (collectively referred to as "laws and regulations"). If you choose to use services outside Mainland China, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of Mainland China and the relevant region of use.
5.6 You may use the product or service only in accordance with this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly permitted in a separate written or supplementary agreement between you and Quectel, you must not engage, consent to, authorize, or instruct any third party to perform any of the following actions while using the product or service, including but not limited to:
5.6.1 Modification, copying, publishing, transmitting, publicly displaying, exhibiting, broadcasting, reproducing, translating, distributing, licensing, creating derivative products, transferring, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or obtain original data from the product or service or any part thereof;
5.6.2 Providing the product or service for a fee or other profit, whether for direct economic or monetary benefits or not;
5.6.3 Other actions without Quectel's explicit permission.
5.7 You affirm that the data you store, disseminate, analyze, upload or utilize with the product or service complies with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, you guarantee that the collection, retrieval, processing, or generation of such data does not and will not infringe upon the rights of any individual or entity in any manner.
5.7.1 You warrant that you have the right to use the product or service to store, upload, analyze and distribute the aforementioned data. You further guarantee that these processing activities fully comply with applicable laws and regulations, and do not violate any third-party contracts, or employ data for unlawful purposes.
5.7.2 You are solely responsible for any violations of laws and regulations related to generation, collection, processing and use of your data. In addition, Quectel reserves the right to terminate all or part of the products or services provided to you at any time.
If you violate Article 5.7, Quectel reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies. If your illegal activities or violation of this Agreement cause any damage or loss to Quectel or another party, we have the right to claim compensation from you, including but not limited to fines, restitution, legal fees, attorney's fees, notarial fees, investigation costs.
6. Third-Party Product or Services
6.1 The product or service may include third-party products or services. If you obtain or use any third-party product or service through our platform, you are responsible for evaluating it's availability, authenticity, adequacy or reliability. Quectel does not provide any guarantees or warranties for third-party offerings.
6.2 Exercise caution when using third-party products or services. If you decide to accept any third-party products or services, you are solely responsible for any damages, losses, and risks arising from such usage. Disputes arising from your use of third-party products or services will be settled directly between you and the third party.
7. Personal Data Protection
Personal data protection is a fundamental principle we uphold at Quectel. We implement security measures in strict accordance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure the safety and controllability of your user information. When you use our products or services, we may collect and use your personal data based on the products or services you require.
If you are an individual user, Quectel will collect, store, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy of the product or service.
If you are an enterprise user, you must establish a data security and privacy management system, and ensure your compliance with applicable national and regional data privacy regulations. You will be held liable for any violations of such regulations.
You agree that Quectel may use the user data and statistical data processed under this Agreement to improve the provided platform services.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 Quectel owns all legal rights, title, and interests in the product or service and relevant contents, such as copyrights, trademarks and patents, regardless of registration status and global jurisdiction.
8.2 By accepting this Agreement and using the product or service, you do not acquire any said intellectual property rights, which will remain with Quectel or the corresponding right holders. You may not implement, utilize, transfer the intellectual property rights or sub-license them to any third party. Moreover, you may not modify, lease, lend, sell, distribute the intellectual property rights, or create derivative works, or use any part or all of the intellectual property rights without prior written consent from Quectel and/or the corresponding right holder.
8.3 You may not in any way delete, conceal, modify or replace any exclusive rights statement (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, ownership notice) attached to or included in the product or service, as well as any IP notices, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, business names, domain names, drawing approval numbers, publication numbers, or any other identifiable marks of Quectel and its partners.
8.4 You may not use any of the logos or marks of Quectel or the corresponding right holders unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and Quectel or the corresponding right holders. This Agreement does not grant you the right to use the logos or marks of the product or service in any form or for any purpose, nor does it grant you the right to use any other logo of Quectel or a third party.
9. User Content
9.1 You declare and guarantee that you have appropriate and lawful rights, licenses or authorizations for the information (collectively referred to as "User Content") that you publish or upload through the product or service. Otherwise, Quectel may delete or block the user content in accordance with the law or this Agreement.
9.2 You agree to grant Quectel a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use the user content provided through the product or service. You understand and agree that the aforesaid license will remain in effect even after you discontinue to use the product or service.
9.3 You understand and agree that, notwithstanding the above, when you report, provide feedback, share, correct or otherwise submit or share problem screenshots, error reports, problem feedback, improvement suggestions, opinions, or similar content through the product or service, the copyright and other intellectual property rights, ownership rights and other legal rights stipulated by current and future laws, for any of the foregoing content will be automatically transferred to Quectel at the time of your submission, and Quectel will not be required to pay any fees to you.
9.4 You understand and agree to comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You are responsible for the authenticity, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of user content. You guarantee that the user content does not infringe upon legitimate third-party rights and interests or violate any laws and regulations. Furthermore, you will not participate in or promote any infringement or illegal activities; otherwise, you will be liable for any damages or losses arising from such activities.
10. Warranty
10.1 Quectel provides the product or service in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, norms, policies, compulsory standards, industry standards and so on.
10.2 You understand and agree that Quectel and its licensors do not provide any express or implied guarantee or warranty with respect to:
10.2.1 The ability of the product or service to meet your actual or specific needs or purposes;
10.2.2 Timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and precision of the product or service;
10.2.3 Uninterrupted, continuously stable, or error-free operation of the product or service;
10.2.4 Correctness or reliability of any results or information obtained using the product or service;
10.2.5 Correction or resolution of any errors, problems, or failures in the product or service;
11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
11.1 The product or service may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to your actions, third-party actions, communication network service quality, connection failure, network equipment or system maintenance, computer or communication or other system failure, power failure, strike, riot, fire, flood, storm, explosion, war, government action, judicial or administrative order, social environment, and other force majeure events. Except for the liability under applicable laws and regulations, you are solely responsible for any losses arising from said events or circumstances. In any case, Quectel will not be held liable for any loss or damage that could not have been reasonably foreseen. You are solely responsible for any outcomes arising from your use of the product or service in violation of applicable laws and regulations or this Agreement.
11.2 Quectel product or service and Quectel's employees will not be held liable, directly or indirectly, to users or third persons for any fault, inaccuracy, or error in the transmission or transfer of any information.
11.3 You agree that if the information provided by the product or service is used or distributed in any jurisdiction in violation of its laws or regulations or if it causes the product, service, or third-party agents to be subjected to any regulatory requirements of that jurisdiction, such use or distribution of the information should be prohibited. You further warrant that you are not subject to any local regulations that restrict or prohibit the use or distribution of the information provided by the product or service.
11.4 You understand and agree that you will be held liable for any third-party claims arising from your use of the product or service, any violation of this Agreement, or any actions taken under your account. If Quectel, its affiliates, employees, customers, and partners are claimed against by a third party as a result of your actions, you will handle such claims and compensate Quectel and its affiliates for all losses and liabilities incurred.
11.5 When an enterprise user registers an account, it must use the company email as the registered email, which serves as the unique credential to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and we will not be liable for any economic losses or other legal liabilities arising from issues related to email registration and account security.
11.6 To the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, Quectel shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or derived damages in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
11.7 Quectel hereby reminds you to comply with the laws of the People's Republic of China while using Quectel products or services. Please refrain from activities that may jeopardize network security or infringe upon others' reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests when using our products or services. Quectel will not be held liable for any violation or breach of contract resulting from your use of our products or services.
11.8 Quectel users upload, provide, and publish relevant information, including but not limited to username, company name, contact person and contact information, images and information from forums, communities and service markets on Quectel websites. Quectel users are fully responsible for the information they provide in accordance with the law.
11.9 Please note that third-party service providers, such as those in the Quectel service market, are solely responsible for the services they provide to you through the Quectel service platform. Quectel does not assume any responsibility for third-party products or services.
11.10 In some cases, to facilitate your use of Quectel products or services, we may display reference code or software (If it is third-party open-source software, you must comply with the relevant use requirements). Based on the usage instructions provided on the corresponding display page, you may be allowed to download such software, and perform secondary development and other related operations. You understand and agree that Quectel owns the intellectual property rights of such code, and you must clearly indicate the right holder when using the code. However, Quectel disclaims any responsibility for your use, work and any damage or loss arising from the use of such code and software.
11.11 The following is considered a breach of contract:
11.11.1 Violating relevant laws and regulations when using the products or services on Quectel platform;
11.11.2 Violating this Agreement or any supplementary agreements.
11.12 You must indemnify Quectel and/or its affiliates for any losses incurred due to, including but not limited to, your own direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and indirect losses paid to third parties, such as compensation, settlement, attorney's fees and legal costs.
12. Force Majeure and Accidents
If Quectel website cannot operate normally due to force majeure or accidents, Quectel will not be liable for any damages caused by:
12.1 Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, or judicial or administrative orders.
12.2 In view of the special nature of the Internet, force majeure hereunder also includes, but is not limited to, the following events that may affect its normal operation, such as hacker attacks, virus attacks, network failure, bandwidth issues, domain name resolution failure, power supply failure, communication network failure or service delay or service barrier caused by technology providers and other third-party factors. Additionally, force majeure includes any other events similar to the said events or likely to have similar consequences.
12.3 Quectel is not liable for any temporary system maintenance, as long as it is announced or notified in advance.
13. Change, Suspend and Cease
Quectel reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the provision of the products or services with or without notice, and to modify, interrupt or terminate your use of the products or services at any time. In the event of a permanent termination of the products or services, Quectel will provide an advance announcement on the products or services or related websites, without sending separate notifications to users.
14. Confidentiality
Quectel will treat as confidential the information you submit or become aware of when you register your account or use Quectel services, unless:
14.1 Its disclosure is permitted under this Agreement or other service agreements, contracts, and online agreements between you and Quectel.
14.2 It must be disclosed under applicable laws and regulations, or the orders of administrative, judicial, or other authorities.
14.3 The confidential information has become public or can be obtained from the public domain without violating this Agreement.
15. Applicable Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, either party may file a lawsuit with the court with jurisdiction over this Agreement.
16. Service Notification
16.1 You understand and agree that Quectel may notify you using various methods, such as announcements, e-mails, web page information, text messages, telephone calls, system messages and instant messages. The delivery of Quectel service notifications depends on the completeness and accuracy of your contact information, and successful delivery will be considered as notification served.
16.2 Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or any other agreement between Quectel and you, you must provide notices to Quectel using the official contact information, including mailing address, fax number, e-mail address, or other contact methods published by Quectel.
17. Renewal and Termination
17.1 Quectel reserves the right to modify the Agreement and corresponding service rules. By continuing to use the service after any changes to the Agreement, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and accepted the modified content and will comply with the modified Agreement.
17.2 This Agreement will be terminated upon cancellation of your account or termination of the website service by mutual agreement.
17.3 This Agreement comprises the content provided here, rules and specifications on Quectel websites, service instructions (including operation documents), and other agreements or conditions you confirm by clicking. By agreeing to this Agreement, you are bound by its terms, and the relevant provisions may be referenced and interpreted as applicable.
17.4 The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience only and do not have any legal or contractual effect.
17.5 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be repealed, invalid, or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement will be severable and remain in full force and effect.
17.6 Quectel may transfer all or part of its service-related rights and obligations to its affiliates by making announcements, sending system messages, or e-mails on official Quectel website.
17.7 Unless otherwise agreed, Quectel may engage affiliated companies or other legal entities to provide one or more specialized services via Quectel website. This may require you to enter into agreements with such companies. Please carefully review and fully understand these agreements before making your decision to accept or decline them.
17.8 The confidentiality agreement, intellectual property agreement, applicable law, and choice of law, and other agreements that are intended to survive beyond the termination of this Agreement (such as the authenticity guarantee of registration information) shall remain valid and enforceable upon its termination.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
18.1 Quectel Privacy Policy released by Quectel is an integral part of this Agreement.
18.2 In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
18.3 The title of this Agreement is for convenience only and has no legal or contractual effect.
18.4 This Agreement only confers the rights explicitly stated in this Agreement and any rights mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
18.5 Quectel may transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any third party, including its successors and assignees.
18.6 The Chinese version of this Agreement shall prevail in case of any conflict with the English translation (if any).
18.7 You may submit any feedback and suggestions about the product, service, or this Agreement through the communication channel provided by Quectel.
